STORM NAMED SAVARKAR !!

Vinayak Damodar Savarkar, the most underrated hero of the freedom struggle of Bharat. His story was purposely distorted by many 'so called Historians'. He was criticized by many for his nationalistic views. He was even called as agent of British. But to all those who know his history will always bow to this valiant man who dedicated his entire life for Punarutthan(Resurgence) of Bharat Mata.

SWATANTRYAVEER SAVARKAR
He was a staunch Hindutvavadi. The word Hindutva is distorted by many historians as it created an obstacle to sell their secular product.

He was against the idea of Non-Violence. He believed that non-violence was not the way to bring freedom to this country. He went to London in order to learn how to make bombs, under the name of taking barrister at law degree. In his years in London he learned to make bombs and also successfully with flying colors he completed his degree.

During his convocation ceremony, he was asked to sign a paper on which the following words were written " You will be awarded with your degree for Barrister at law only when you agree to be loyal to United Kingdom and East India Company" But this was against his ideology as his loyalty was only towards BHARAT MATA and tore that piece of paper and denied to take his degree. He even said,"you may not give me degree, but you can't take away the knowledge that I have gained in these many years". This was his dedication and love for Bharat Mata.

Place where Savarkar Ji lived during his stay in London. He renamed It from INDIA house to BHARAT BHAVAN.

His vision for Bharat Mata was way ahead of its time. He worked for the upliftment of the poorest and remotest section of the society. His work can be compared to that of Dr. Bhimrao Ramji Ambedkar and Mahatma Jyotiba Phule. He built a temple named 'PATIT PAVAN MANDIR' in Ratnagiri,Maharashtra where in people of all castes including the untouchables were allowed to enter and do pooja. There were no similar temple at that time in entire BHARAT. He was criticized for this act by the upper-caste people despite he being born as Bramhin.

He gave a message to all to unite under one name 'HINDU' leaving behind our respective caste. Patit Pavan Mandir is still the living exaple of his vision for the unity of Bharatiya people.

He spent nearly half of his life in Jail in Andaman. He was subjected to harsh treatments that we can hardly imagine of. During his time in jail he worked for the upliftment of the prisoners. He believed, "A man commits crime not because the man is bad,but the circumstances around the man during the incident were bad."

He uplifted lives of many prisoners which later on when freed lived happily as good law-abiding citizen.

He wrote many books during his time in jail. He wrote an autobiography named 'MAJHI JANMATHEP' where he discusses, the important chapters of his life.

The sad part about his life was he was not given due credit to his work even after Indpendence.

He was not even invited for by then Prime Minister Jawaharlal Nehru for the independence day ceremony.

There after he lived his life alone and the STORM NAMED - SAVARKAR came to an end on 26th February 1966.

Pranam and Vandan to this man who gives inspiration to all the nationalists like us.

After reading this we make pledge today to restore your history and bring it in the right way in front of the world.

JAY HIND
